Included in the Venetian bridge expedition, there was a desperate attempt to visit a few waterfalls hidden in the Troodos mountains.

We spent hours driving through unmarked villages, up steep, winding roads in search of one particular (and less known) waterfall - the Millomeri Falls. Less advertised than the famous Kaledonia falls, the Millomeri are the highest waterfalls in Cyprus.

We did not know, however, that the trail marker - covered with graffiti - was near impossible to locate. After a few hours of backtracking, bribing Logan with ice cream to ask people for directions, etc, we found the trail - a beautiful hike and a scene worth the work.

The perk for Millomeri being so isolated - we had them all to ourselves!
